Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website lerevecanada.ca (the "Site"), published by Franck BLEKOM (see Legal Notice). By creating an account or using the Site, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Description of services

The Site offers: free calculation tools (CRS calculator, 67-points calculator, NCLC conversion, budget estimator); TCF/TEF/IELTS test preparation modules, available by paid subscription; a reference letter checker and an Express Entry file analysis tool (employment and proof of funds), billed per use or included depending on the plan chosen; a professional workspace allowing a teacher or coach to manage several learner profiles.

These tools, including those relying on artificial intelligence, are provided as an aid to preparation and do not guarantee either the absolute accuracy of their results or a favorable outcome of an immigration process.

3. Account creation

Using certain tools on the Site requires creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Pricing

Prices for subscriptions and one-off analyses are shown on the Site (Subscriptions page) in West African CFA francs (FCFA) and may change at any time; the price applicable to a purchase is the one displayed when the payment is confirmed. One-off file analysis packs do not expire, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

5. Payment terms

Payment can be made by card or mobile money (Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money) through our provider Notch Pay, or by a manually declared mobile deposit validated by our team afterward. The Site never stores your full bank card details.

6. Refund policy

File analyses (letter checker, Express Entry analysis) trigger an AI processing cost as soon as they are launched, so they cannot be refunded once the analysis has actually started, including in case of dissatisfaction with the result produced. If a technical error prevents a result from being obtained, the corresponding credit will be automatically returned to your account without using up your quota.

For TCF/TEF/IELTS preparation subscriptions: fully refundable within 48 hours of purchase, provided no exercise has been started and no correction has been requested. After this 48-hour period, or as soon as the subscription is first used (whichever comes first), it is no longer refundable, including in the event of early cancellation or voluntary non-use of the remaining period.

7. Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account from your personal space. As soon as you make this request, the account is deactivated immediately: you lose access to the Site, but have a 30-day period to reverse this decision by logging back in with your usual credentials, which automatically reactivates your account.

After this 30-day period without logging back in, the account becomes permanently inaccessible: your e-mail address is freed up and may be reused for a new account. Account data may nonetheless be kept in deactivated form in our database beyond these 30 days, under the conditions described in our Privacy Policy. You may at any time request the effective and complete deletion of your personal data, within the limits of applicable legal obligations, by exercising your right to erasure.

8. User conduct

You agree to use the Site in good faith, not to attempt to disrupt its operation, and to submit to the Site's tools only documents you are entitled to use. In the event of a serious breach of these commitments, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice depending on the severity of the facts.

9. Intellectual property

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be modified at any time; the version in force is the one published on the Site on the date of your use. Substantial changes will be communicated to you by a reasonable means (banner on the Site, e-mail).

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Cameroonian law. See Legal Notice, section 7, for the competent jurisdiction.
